  • Ian’s Meeting Notes:
  • 1. There is no provision to add details of Pick Up on the Schedule.
  • 2. On the return time I only have the original driver, no other driver
  • options. Also if another driver is picking up, does the entry on the first sheet automatically appear on the second drivers sheet, even if it has not been created?
  • Can we have £ sign on the fares, with pence ie £00.00 - DONE
  • We need a column on the printed schedule for PAID CASH and one for PAID CARD (enter time)
  • I can not edit a schedule once completed, the EDIT button does not work
  • Is it possible to list the times in order on the schedule, so the driver just follows the timings, with both pick ups and drop off in order.
  • When adding a member to a schedule the town does not appear, although it does on the drivers final schedule.
  • What is Return Schedule ID on the schedules ?
Current main outstanding issues:
It’s basically the Return schedules:
- A driver’s schedule does not correctly show their just return pickups
- The PDF does not correctly show the return only journeys
- The Add/Edit/Remove Members list does not correctly show the return journeys
Questions:
Is the pickup always the members address ?
Copy an existing schedule or have schedule templates - grouped by day of week ?

  44. Bug: The pickup field is not being saved
  45. If the member is returning with a different driver - mention with on the Return time.
  46. Leave paid cash and credit empty at the moment. Eventually the driver will be able add these with their phone.
  47. The scheduled and VUR are usually both printed or emailed at the same time. I will add the option to only print one if required.
  48. If paid using credit then add the time to the field.
